The need was also driven by a desire to understand larger user data regarding popular topics, questions, and searched terms that were relevant to the industry. The audience existed but the medium did not, with Bespoken’s help using custom website design, content development, social engagement and lead nurturing strategies, Lubricology was born and continued to evolve.
