A difficult divorce from their previous vendor, a static web presence, no customer interaction or data management, and disconnected marketing departments led to the creation of The Retreat + BSPKN. By integration of marketing and CRM tools, clear directives on how to best manage internal marketing budgets across multiple marketing department heads – while giving a voice to internal personnel – BSPKN was able to turn a once brochure like approach into a fully integrated and interactive digital medium.
Full lead nurturing automation, video, social, and paid search have continued to allow The Retreat to stay agile and ahead of their competition in their home state where competition is most fierce.
